Service Delivery and Deadlines a. The deadline for any service delivery is solely dependent on receiving all requested documents and requirements from the client. b. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) will commence on the next business day following the receipt of all necessary documents and requirements from the client. c. For example, if the SLA is 3 working days, we will start calculating the SLA on the next business day after receiving all requirements from you.

Use of Client's Logo and Business Name a. By engaging our services, you grant CMED permission to use your logo and business name for marketing purposes. b. CMED may display your logo and business name in the client section of our website and in all printed and digital marketing materials owned by CMED. c. The use of your logo and business name will be limited to the context of showcasing our clients and will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Intellectual Property a. All content on the CMED website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CMED or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent from CMED.

Disclaimer of Warranties a. CMED provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. b. CMED does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability a. In no event shall CMED, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the services provided by CMED.
